What do you need to have?
- A Computer or smart phone or tablet that have connection to Internet.
- A web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari etc).
- A working email address. Don't have one? Get one from Gmail.
Apple Developer account is useful when we want to tinker a little bit with our iPhone/iPad. For example, when we want to side load an unsigned IPA into iPhone/iPad with Cydia Impactor, Apple Developer account is required.
Apple Developer account is free. However there are also 2 more tiers of paid option accounts should you get serious with developing iOS app later.
Open https://developer.apple.com/ in your preferred web browser.
When the page load up, simply click on "Account" on the top menu.
You will be brought to a blank page with typical sign in console in the center. At the last row, click on Create yours now

Next, you will be brought to the sign up page. All fields are mandatory. Good news is there are not that many stuff to fill in.
a. First name = given name. Last name = Surname/Family name.
b. This should be your email, it can be the gmail you just signed up for.
c. It will prompt you to key in password that meet their requirement.
d. Set your 3 security questions for future verification.
e. Key in the code according to the picture on the left, you can always get a new code by clicking on the New Code
below.
Finally, click "Continue".
a. Agree to the agreement by clicking on the checkbox
Then click Submit button
Apple will send an email with 6 digit code to your email. Check on the email and key in the 6 digit code. Then click Continue.
Here we go. Your Apple Developer ID is now ready for use.
